Buddha

Buddha, also known as Siddhartha Gautama, was a spiritual teacher and the founder of Buddhism. He was born in the 5th century BCE in Lumbini, a region that is now part of Nepal, and lived and taught in India.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.

Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.

We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.

You only lose what you cling to.
